Birch  delivered the ground-up construction of an 11,000 SF medical office building for Baylor Scott & White in Roanoke. The facility includes 30 exam rooms, eight offices, three nurse stations, and supporting spaces, and was executed with a strong focus on schedule management and quality control.


Despite weather-related challenges that caused nearly a month of delays, Birch successfully accelerated the schedule and delivered the project ahead of completion, enabling a seamless transition and on-time opening for patient care:
