Vaquero Club is a luxury residential community and private country club developed by Discovery Land Company in Westlake, Texas. Spanning 525 acres, the property offers the ultimate lifestyle experience with a 33,000-SF clubhouse, day spa, and fine dining.

Discovery selected Birch to build two on-course comfort stations on the par-71 golf course. Our team was responsible for site preparation, utilities, infrastructure, site improvements, and all building systems. Each station includes a 525-SF indoor kitchen, high-touch finishes, restroom facilities, and a 390-square-foot exterior covered patio.
