FAIRHILL SCHOOL

Birch was selected to lead a full-scale, 43,613 SF renovation of Fairhill School, transforming a repurposed office building into a modern, high-performing academic environment.
The project included upgrades to all interior spaces, HVAC replacement, acoustical improvements between classrooms, and a new entry featuring a grand staircase, along with improvements to the building envelope and roof to enhance performance and longevity.
Executed in carefully planned phases, the project minimized disruption to students and staff, despite an accelerated summer schedule.
