Fossil Creek Retail, located between Primrose and Benbrook in far southwest Fort Worth, is currently wrapping up construction. Once complete, it will serve as a convenient retail destination for multiple neighborhoods and accommodate the fast growth in the area.
Birch worked with the client to ensure a quick turnaround and allow the client to open for business as soon as possible. The 11,000 square-foot ground-up store contained a large amount of site work in addition to the construction of a new building. This design-build project reached substantial completion in eight months.
A challenge for the project was site logistics with the surrounding area, which includes a busy convenience store next door and a post office across the street.
