As one of the only healthcare providers serving the North Texas Native community, Texas Native Health offers free primary care, mental health care, job services and cultural programs to more than 14,000 Native American patients — most who are uninsured. To deliver on this mission, Texas Native called on Birch to renovate their facility.

Birch renovated Texas Native Health's active facility, overcoming unforeseen conditions discovered during interior demolition and integrating new electrical, sewer, and fire suppression systems within the existing building. We led the procurement and coordination of both contractor and owner provided equipment to maintain the project schedule, delivering creative, cost-effective solutions that enhance the facility's functionality. support future growth, and improve the overall customer experience while minimizing construction costs.
