Heading up the preconstruction department, Ryan is no stranger when it comes to saving money and time for his clients. With over 10 years of experience, Ryan has provided preconstruction services to repeating clients such as BSW, SMU, and Headington. Along with his detail-oriented mindset, he works to maximize value for our partners over the life of the entire project.

Using his expertise in estimating, Nathan knows how to effectively price jobs. His client-focused mindset exemplifies his dedication to our partners and makes him an important asset to our team. Ensuring open, honest communication also gives our clients peace of mind that when they deal with Nathan, they are never in the dark.

Tanner’s dedication to quality is nothing less of remarkable. Combined with years of estimating experience, Tanner works to craft benefit for partners through value engineering to save time and money. His unflappable dedication to his work illustrates that he’s there for our clients, no matter what.

Eager to gain knowledge, Noah is an active learner who doesn’t stop working to provide for our clients. His merit and desire to serve make him an irreplaceable asset on this team. Noah is always willing to lend a helping hand and his aptitude for both interpersonal and technical skills proves his value on any team.

General Superintendent 

With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark is a leader that will guide a project to success.  He has led complex projects such as 1217 Main, Texas Native Health, and Mirador. His ability to effectively lead high profile projects aids him in being a strong relationship builder who is an expert on project coordination.

An industry veteran, Bob comes to Birch with over 35 years of experience. He’s led projects like GDS Wealth Management, a stunning two-story office building, showing his expertise. Bob uses his skill to complete jobs accurately and timely for the client. His commitment to the job is unwavering, never ceasing to take care of our partners.

A respected figure in the construction industry, Clint comes to the table with over 15 years of experience. He is a natural leader who has head up recognizable projects like, Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital, Texas Native Health, and Children’s Health. Clint is an expert in facilitating operations and keeping projects on-time and in budget.

Known as our executor, you can always count on Mike to get things done. Along with his skills, Mike has over 35 years of experience, where he has spent his time mastering the art of construction. Overseeing projects like Fairhill School, 55 Seventy, and Cacique Foods, Mike guarantees a satisfied partner at the end of the project. Communication is his priority and he works to maximize the value of a space to our clients.

A natural leader, Cameron has more than 10 years of experience and is an accomplished superintendent within the industry.  Cameron has directed projects such as Parkland Health, State Farm, and United Surgical Partners, requiring operational efficiency from him and his team. His role involves consistent team management along with coordination and scheduling to ensure the project moves smoothly.

Using his expertise, Chris is a communicator who fosters relationships with his clients. Chris’ role is to supervise his team daily while they work to deliver beautiful projects to our partners. Chris has been involved on projects such as the Cistercian Preparatory School, GDS Wealth Management, and The Joule Hotel.

A disciplined leader, Johnathon is someone who manages on-site operations where safety is always a priority. He possesses a 30-hour OSHA certification, making him an essential piece to any project site. Johnathon is able to work through challenges, and uses his leadership skills on jobs like Hareli Fresh and Cook Children’s to deliver safe, quality projects.

Using his methodical mindset, Adan works to uses his expertise to provide solutions and avoid issues. Minimizing risk on projects such as ElDorado and Cacique Foods illustrates his vision in action. Adan uses his intention to align project teams and clients, providing successful work across North Texas.

Full of knowledge, Ray is an wealth of information. With over 5 years of experience, Ray is an expert in healthcare projects managing Texas Eye & Cataract and Texas Health Resources for the Birch team. He works to make sure that no stone goes unturned for his clients.

As someone who focuses on quality, Bobby makes every project his top priority. Using his expertise in construction, he can effectively adapt, improvise, and overcome any difficulty thrown his way. Bobby is currently working on the Hi-Fi Bar and United Surgical Partners in Weatherford, TX.

Supporting operations and finance, Lana is a problem solver on the job site. She works to meet client’s needs and uses her years of expertise to think through challenges. She has been a manager on projects such as Zion Lutheran Church, Hareli Fresh, and Lakewood Country Club.

Project Engineer

With a mind wired to deliver, Mason works to resolve issues for clients with his unique ideas. His solution-oriented mentality combined with his desire to learn makes Mason an unlimited resource for any project. He is now working on the Baylor Scott & White project located in Waco, TX.

New to the Birch team, Meka has already paved her way into the industry with her relationship building and technical expertise. She has triumphed on projects like Cook Children’s Hurst and works to make sure that spaces are prepped for success.

As a former intern, Josh is no stranger to the industry. He is currently working on the Cook Children’s Calmont project managing logistics and ensuring progression of the site. Josh uses his technical expertise to find solutions unique to each job, and we are excited to have him back.
